We recently had a customer come to us that ordered bags from a vendor who only produces overseas and they were not satisfied. They asked us to rework the soft cases and correct the problem knowing that we have a full service sewing shop here in the USA.
We were able to fix the problem quickly. Next time they will order them from us and we will source them overseas and be able to mitigate any issues directly with the factories overseas or we will correct the issue in house here at no additional charge to the customer.
